Terms of Service

EfooQuest is a free, private, invite-only browser game, run as a hobby by its owner (Justin Clark) for people they know. These terms cover the site and its Lunch Club text messages.

Lunch Club texts. A player who enters a mobile number in Settings, ticks the consent box and confirms the number with a code receives one text when a Lunch Club lunch is posted, saying where and when. Nothing else is sent: no marketing, and no texts on anyone else's behalf.

Message frequency varies, usually a few texts a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn texts off, or have your number forgotten, in Settings at any time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The game itself is provided as is, with no guarantees, and may change or end at any time. Accounts can be suspended for abusing the game or its players. How your details are handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
